Printed guides come with guarantees that they will:
- Be of acceptable quality
- Match their description and any sample or demonstration model
- Be fit for any disclosed purpose
- Have clear title and undisturbed possession
5. Remedies for major failures
If a service or good has a major failure, you may choose to:
- Cancel the service contract and obtain a refund, or
- Receive compensation for the drop in value below the price paid
For goods with a major failure, you may reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement.
6. Remedies for minor failures
If the failure is not major, we will fix the problem within a reasonable time. If we fail to do so, you may obtain a refund or cancel the contract.
